Practices
Stingrays practice is held every weekday morning (Monday through Friday) from the end of the school year until DUSO championships. Practices are held at the Club pool from 8:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
The Stingrays coaching staff encourages attendance at every practice and every meet to improve strength and endurance and foster team building.
Swim lessons are also encouraged for all swimmers.
Meets
Dual meets are held at 5:00 PM Wednesdays (warmups at 4:00 PM) and 9:00 AM Saturdays (warmups at 8:00 AM).
The culminating DUSO championship meet will be held at the New Paltz pool and will include all of the teams in the league. It is truly a great day for all!
Volunteers are needed at all meets! It makes the event run more smoothly for all of our swimmers and counts towards work assessment requirements. It’s also a great way to get to know other swimmers and their families.
